😎Summer is coming to an end, yet so often we rush through each day and season—until something drastic shifts our perspective. The recent loss of a colleague, friend, and optometrist has me asking myself: Am I truly living?

Some days, the overwhelm of change makes you question your own magic. Lately, I’ve been practicing a grounding exercise that helps bring clarity:
1. Name 5 things you see. 👁️
2. Name 4 thoughts you have. 🧠
3. Tell 3 things you hear.👂🏽
4. Tell 2 things you smell.👃🏽
5. Tell 1 thing you taste. 👅

It’s in these moments that I’m reminded: God’s gift to us is vision. Your vision is not just sight—it’s your grounding joy, your connection to the world.

Stay grounded. Stay positive. Stay blessed. And live through your vision.💫🫶🏽👀
