I went to with the this week and I’m really glad I did!

It was honestly so refreshing to be in a room full of people who are much further along in their careers than I am. I got to listen, ask questions, and just take in their experiences and perspective.

I was also the only person there working in the mental health field. Most people were in business, strategy, oil and gas, or consulting. At first I felt a little out of place but then I realized how important it was to be there and represent mental health in that space.

One of my favorite parts of the night was seeing . I’m so proud of her and everything she’s doing in life. I left feeling encouraged and inspired!
