My Absolute Focus is to help people live healthy,and pain- free lives through my touch. Massage is a sacred art that can heal mind and body.

Specializing in Deep-Tissue, Trigger points, Relaxation massage, Aromatherapy's & Sports injuries. My focus is to eliminate peoples muscular pain by relaxing muscles at their source, and retraining muscles to alliviate chronic conditions. Helping my clients through my touch, experience, and deep knowledge of the body tissues. My Career actually began at the age of six years old,growing up with a father who had sore shoulders and migraines. The use of my hands, developing my skills, refining my touch began at and early age. In my profession its called the "GIFT"
A true believer in calling out the things you desire in life, in the very first day I stepped into massage school, I spoke out what my goal would be for the future, the goal was to, Heal people, and work in the tropics. Entering spa world to me has been a golden opportunity, through much schooling, training, hard work, my dreams have been realized.One of my goals as the therapist is to be a healer to my clients. I chose the name "Absolute Focus" to impart my view to them. As many of my clients have called me a healer so please Join me in my venture to help and heal all your aches and pains.
