Mike Hess, MPH, RRT, RPFT, Senior Director of Advocacy and Regulatory Affairs at the COPD Foundation and Mary Kitlowski, President and Founder of Running On Air, will go over the basics of how POCs work, what to consider when using or purchasing a POC, and how to spot devices that are not FDA cleared, which we refer to as "noncentrators" and why it's important to know the difference.
