Check out the offerings at The Jung Center of Houston. Once again, I have the opportunity to share my passion for the practice of mindfulness- a simple yet not always easy practice.
I’m facilitating free Friday morning mindfulness practice, leading a 5 week series on essentials of mindfulness integrating practical tools for everyday application and a nature session in Bell Park.
Mindfulness may help with reducing stress, focusing attention, dealing with challenging emotions and promoting a sense of well-being.

Who We Are

Mindful Being Houston, founded in 2015, is a mindfulness studio in Houston, Texas. Our certified mindfulness instructors provide group classes for individuals, parents, children, and teens, and offer special events, seminars, workshops, and presentations to corporations, schools, churches, and community groups.

Our goal is to teach people the practice of mindfulness and help them:
