This post was not easy to write but the time has come to finally announce some big news. April 1st I be moving to Washington and beginning a new chapter 🤍
Leaving Core Body Lab and this community is incredibly emotional. This business exists because of the unwavering support, trust, and encouragement from all of you. Truly, Core Body Lab would not be what it is without you, and I will always be grateful.
While I’m relocating, Core Body Lab is here to stay. Jenny Dahlgren will be continuing on at the helm, leading with the same dedication, care, and commitment to excellent massage that has always defined this space. I couldn’t imagine better hands to carry this work forward.
Thank you for the years of support, referrals, kind words, and belief. This has been an honor beyond words ❤️.

With 20 years experience as a licensed massage therapist, Holly is dedicated to helping clients achieve physical and emotional well-being through the art of therapeutic touch.

Specializing in a variety of modalities—including:
Deep Tissue
Swedish
Pre & Postnatal.

Known for her compassionate approach and intuitive touch, Holly excels at relieving pain, reducing stress, and enhancing overall mobility. Whether working with pregnant clients, office workers, individuals in recovery from injury, or providing relaxation to combat everyday tension, she brings a blend of expertise and care to every session.

This past Saturday we both drove up to Austin for a continuing education class in “TMJ: a practical approach” at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School.
We had fun (of course) and learned some great new techniques for TMJ and myofascial release of shoulders and neck muscles!
