💚Today marks the start of Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Month💚

Did you know that nearly 1 in 50 people in the U.S. live with paralysis caused by a spinal cord injury? That’s almost 5.4 million individuals whose lives are forever changed.

At Project Walk Houston, we see the strength and resilience of this community every single day!
This month, we invite you to join us in spreading awareness:
✔️ Always wear seatbelts & encourage loved ones to do the same
✔️ Take precautions in sports & recreational activities
✔️ Support safer communities through education & advocacy

Together, we can protect, support, and uplift those impacted by spinal cord injuries. 💪💙
