Our Story
For the past 20+ years, I've devoted myself to Kundalini Yoga (Yoga of Awareness) as taught by Yogi Bhajan, who brought these teachings to the west in 1969. In addition, I've studied healing, focusing on Sat Nam Rasayan (Healing through Meditation/State of Awareness) with Gurudev Singh, Master of this precious lineage. In 2001, I moved to New Mexico to work for Yogi Bhajan. Over the course of 11 years, I held many positions in the non-profit organizations that he founded and managed. My favorite position was representing the Healthy, Happy, Holy Foundation at the United Nations. Needing a break from the desert, I decided to move to the jungle. Northern Queensland, Australia (right off the Barrier Reef), complete with pythons, cassowaries, wallabies, geckos, spiders, crocs, and everything else you can imagine was my magical world for a while. A few years ago, life unexpectedly returned me to Houston where I now teach/heal, build community, host a Teacher Training, and grow a thriving business partnering with doTERRA Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils and now launching a Yogic Production Company. I love helping people heal and support women to become financially independent with an earth-friendly, conscious company that allows them to work from home. In addition to teaching and healing, my passions are: NATURE-all animals and being in the wild, my dearest niece and nephew, mixed media artwork, photography....so many things. I love to travel and see the world, its inhabitants and study/meditate with Gurudev and other amazing teachers from all traditions.
