Claudia Autry is a certified consulting hypnotist and certified instructor of the National Guild of Hypnotists, a Reiki practitioner, EFT, Essential Oils Alchemist, wellness educator, Moringa advocate, ThetaHealer®, Quantum Wholeness Process facilitator. Her goal is to heal through alignment and balance of Divine masculine and Divine feminine energies. Her work draws from the positivity of Louise Hay affirmations to untangle the body dis-ease from the mind, and Karen McLaren’s Language of Emotions to further understand the meaning of the emotional experience. Brene Brown’s work on empathy and vulnerability is pivotal in supporting transformation along with the work of Dr. Gabor Mate. Simon Sinek’s optimistic and practical application of positivity and empathy in the workplace also plays a part. She employs the insight from the Enneagram, StrengthFinders and Human Design. Sessions with her are frequently insightful, relaxing and inspire new perspectives and ways of being. Her passion is empowering people to be in touch with their own intuition and inner guidance. I practice hypnosis because I have personally experienced positive and beneficial changes in my life due to hypnosis.
