Deigni Plastic Surgery is hiring a bilingual Patient Lead Manager (English & Spanish).

We’re searching for a candidate who thrives on client interaction and enjoys being at the forefront of our practice, engaging with patients and prospects on a regular basis.

This role entails managing various responsibilities with a key focus on seamlessly, effectively, and professionally handling a high volume of telephone calls. Additionally, the position involves patient check-ins, appointment scheduling and confirmations, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and fostering exceptional customer service to patients.

The quick details:
*Monday to Friday, in office, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
*Very competitive hourly pay based on skill level – starts at $20/hour
*Quarterly bonus pay
*Monthly commission pay
*Paid time off

Experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person – we will put in the effort if you do the same.

My patient is 6 days postop. She had a lot done 😅 and feels great 🤩 Her procedures included to the arms and inner thighs as well as in order to harvest as much fat as possible and contour her entire body. We proceeded with using to her breasts and a with transfer to her buttocks and hips. We then completed the surgical case with a for a superb and 🙌
