Dr. Neeta Bhardwaj - Pediatrics Dr. Neeta Bhardwaj is a local Pediatrician who cares for children from birth to 18 years of age in the Northwest Houston community.

Dr. Neeta Bhardwaj is a fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified in both Pediatrics and Neonatal - Perinatal Medicine. This is a Pediatric clinic with specialty in newborns and premature infants, caring for all ages from birth to 18 years of age. A child can have as many as 10 colds within the first 2 years of life. Rhinovirus is the "common cold" and can give lots of nasal congestion, runny nose and cough. We highly recommend saline nasal sprays and blowing the nose/suctioning afterwards to avoid secondary infections as much as possible.

Rhinovirus infections cause the common cold, as well as some sore throats, ear infections, sinus infections, and to a lesser degree, pneumonia and bronchiolitis. Learn more here.
