The Living Hospice Care of Texas, Inc. has immediate openings for a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide. Candidate must be a detail oriented, friendly/outgoing, team player who is a quick learner and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

CNA performs duties essentially of personal care to the Hospice patient in his/her home or facility. Performs duties as assigned by supervising RN, including baths, oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, skin care, pressure relief, dressing patient, feeding and transferring patient. Must be willing and able to travel to patient's home or facility with reliable transportation.

Knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

The Living Hospice Care of Texas, Inc. has immediate openings for a Registered Nurse. Candidate must be a detail oriented, friendly/outgoing, team player who is a quick learner and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

A Registered Nurse is responsible for the planning, coordination, providing and documenting care for terminally ill patients from day of admission through day of discharge. Utilizing physicians' orders and professional skills, the Hospice RN develops and implements a hospice plan that meets each patient's specific needs and is in compliance with accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines as well as the organization's policies and procedures.
