Good skin care has to be foundation, for it preserved youthfulness and maintains healthy skin. “Just because it comes from a high end department store in a luxurious container and smells delicious, doesn’t mean it yields beautiful results,” says Melissa. “I used to be guilty of this as well, but have learned over the years to walk in and ask myself, ‘Is there anyone in this establishment I want to emulate? Does anyone here whose skin I’d like to have?’ It makes you reconsider.”

Melissa Gibbens began her career in aesthetics as a promotional assistant for Estee Lauder. She is also a teacher and graduated with her B.S. with a specialization in education. She is a natural teacher and shares with her patients the keys to LOOKING YOUNGER and FEELING BETTER. She sold skincare products and chemical peels for La Roche Posay/Biomedic and was recruited to Merz Aesthetics selling and training offices on dermal fillers. Interested in the medical aspects of cosmetic rejuvenation, Melissa (also known as Missi) pursued her nursing degree and developed a passion for the art and science of injecting. She became an industry expert and over the last eight years she has trained many physicians in a variety of injectable procedures. These doctors span the greater Houston area, including Katy. Melissa specializes in helping her patients look their best. The goal is a refreshed, rested, and more youthful appearance. As a wife, mother and business owner, Melissa understands the demands of a busy lifestyle. “It is too easy to neglect ourselves, especially when families and careers monopolize our time,” she says.
