As a believer and a nurse health coach, I’ve seen firsthand:
Weight struggles can come from physiological causes like poor habits, medications, inflammation, or hormone imbalances. But sometimes, there’s a spiritual weight involved unresolved trauma, oppression, bitterness, or even demonic influence.
💡 Discernment is key, and that comes through the Holy Spirit.
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit... will teach you all things." John 14:26
Healing might come through:
Herbal medicine or natural support
Addressing food sensitivities or gut health
Changing destructive habits
Seeking forgiveness (for self or others)
Or yes, even a deep deliverance prayer
Often, the greatest breakthrough I’ve witnessed is when someone releases unforgiveness and their body follows their spirit into healing.
