First of all, I want to thank all of you for your thoughts and Prayers since my sister, Stella, became so sick in July. God took her home September 18th which knocked me to my knees. So very thankful for my Faith!

Now it's time to rock-n-roll and get this "stress" weight back off! Yes, Christmas is coming but that's 25 days away and you can easily lose 10-15 pounds during that time. Anyone wanting to join me, come on! We open after the Thanksgiving holidays Wednesday, December 4th and would love to have you.

Hey guys, don’t forget we’re having an open house tomorrow! We’re inviting all of our existing patients as well as former patients, to come by between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm, to sample our new protein snacks, pick up some new recipes and take advantage of a one day sale on our B6/B12 combo injections as well as the B12 with fat burners. The injectoons are available to everyone - not just our patients.

Hard to believe, but today is the 7 year anniversary for Healthy Figures-Houston! It has truly been an honor and a privilege helping so many of you (myself included), get off your blood pressure meds, blood sugar meds, cholesterol, etc. My little clinic has given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, many of whom have become close friends. When hurricane Harvey hit, so many of you were totally devistated and my heart was breaking for every one of you. Unfortunately, we lost approximately 60% of our patients because of that devastating storm, and we need you back. If you're ready to get back on the program, come on in! If you know someone that needs to be on our program, please refer them to us. This clinic, and the privilege of helping others, has been the most rewarding thing I've ever done and God willing, will be able to continue. I love and appreciate all of you for your kindness and continued support. Have a wonderful weekend!
