A hug reason why people don't know the right things about massage and how it can improve their quality of life is because most of the people sharing are focused on making bands and not your health. Everyone doesn't share the same pain for the same reasons. Your body systems work together no mayter how much your break down the process for understanding.

Cochrane review finds massage therapy to have “little confidence” for low back pain, but why does it an opposite result than the 2009 version?
