Tension headaches are no fun!! 😩That’s why we recommend a 90min session once a month to avoid the neck muscles from tightening up with: Stress, lack of sleep, depression and anxiety. 😬 Remember, looking down a lot if required for work like Dentist or Surgeons do, can also cause the muscles to tighten over time as well. Stretch those muscles daily by leaning left then right while holding your neck softly on each tilt. Hold for about 30 seconds. If you experience pain… Stop 🛑 immediately and call us or your healthcare provider! This should only be done after your session! Doing this before the muscles have been released during your massage therapy session can lead to injury! Once a month session will tremendously benefit you! #
