✨ Phew! What a season! ✨
Between my work in the clinic and life as a wife + mama of three, the days have been wonderfully full - so I’ve been a little quiet on here. My oldest started 2nd grade, my middle started Kindergarten, and my littlest is now in a Spanish immersion preschool. On top of that, my husband’s work had him traveling for 58 days this summer (!!), so it’s been a big season of holding down the fort at home while pouring my heart into the community I serve. Life is indeed full and very, very good. 🙏💫
Since reopening in March 2025, my practice has been almost entirely focused on fertility, and it’s been such a joy to witness the steady progress, breakthroughs, and little victories along the way. One of my favorite parts is seeing patients’ faces light up when they feel the immediate effects of the needles—honestly that never gets old. 🥹💖
It’s also been so much fun blending Kiiko-style Japanese acupuncture with Maya Abdominal Therapy. Together they’re so much more powerful than on their own. People ask me which I’d recommend more, but that’s like asking which fruit matters most in a fruit salad… apples or oranges? 🍎🍊 You kind of need both!
And if you know me, you know I never stop learning. There are so many incredible teachers to learn from before they retire… which brings me to something exciting: in just three weeks, I’ll be heading to the UK to study with Rosita Arvigo in her very last class before she retires. 🙌💗🤯 I feel so honored (and lucky- I was on the waitlist!) to be learning the pregnancy-through-postpartum version of Maya Abdominal Therapy, a lineage of care I’m so grateful to carry forward.
When I return, I’ll be opening space not only for fertility, but for all of women’s health… pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond! I can’t wait to share more soon. Stay tuned!! 💕💕✨
