Eat nourishing food.
A well-balanced, healthy diet is at the core of well-being. But it's common to regard healthy eating primarily as a tool for weight loss. According to the 2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, a balanced diet high in fruits and vegetables, lean protein, low-fat dairy and whole grains is needed for optimal energy. You really are what you eat.
Consume a variety of foods from all the food groups to get a range of nutrients to provide energy throughout the day. Opt for fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, especially nutrient-dense dark, leafy greens and broccoli, as well as orange vegetables, like carrots and sweet potatoes. You can choose from many types of fish and legumes to choose from for healthy protein options. Aim to eat 3 ounces of whole-grain cereals, breads, rice or pasta daily.

What is energy management?
Think of your energy as a limited resource, like money in an account. You begin the day with a certain amount to spend. The amount varies from person to person based on factors, such as age, sleep, stress levels, medical conditions and lifestyle.
Activities and interactions withdraw energy from or deposit energy into your account. While you may not always have control over activities that deplete your energy, you can take steps to deposit more energy into your account.

Healthy eating and drinking:
Healthy eating is important because the food you eat can greatly affect your health. A nutritious and balanced diet with lots of fiber, fruits, and vegetables is essential for keeping your gut, body, and mind healthy, especially as you get older. Try to eat less fat, sugar, and salt to avoid diseases and live longer..
Giving up smoking:
Giving up smoking will improve your health. You will breathe easier, and your circulation, skin, hair, and teeth will get better. You will also have a lower risk of serious diseases.
Get plenty of fresh air:
Going outside in the fresh air is good for both your body and mind. Sunlight gives you vitamin D, which is important for your teeth and bones and can make you feel happier. Going outside often, even in your garden or walking your dog, can also help you meet people and improve your social life.

What are the top three signs of a headache?
In headache, the severity of symptoms can vary depending on the type of headache you have. Most headaches will have some or all of these symptoms:
1. Pain in or around the head
2. Pain or stiffness in the neck
3. A tender scalp
Headaches can feel dull or tense. They can be severe and last for many hours or come on quickly and disappear.
The signs of a headache depend on the type you’ve got, but (no surprise!) usually include pain in or around the head.

What is Entresto?
Entresto contains a combination of sacubitril and valsartan. Sacubitril is a blood pressure medicine. It works by increasing the levels of certain proteins in the body that can dilate (widen) blood vessels. This helps lower blood pressure by reducing sodium levels.

Valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (sometimes called an ARB). Valsartan keeps blood vessels from narrowing, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow.

Entresto is used in adults with chronic heart failure. This medicine helps lower the risk of needing to be hospitalized when symptoms get worse, and helps lower the risk of death from heart failure.

Entresto is also used to treat heart failure in children who are at least 1 year old.

Entresto is usually given together with other heart medications.

Warnings
Do not use Entresto if you are pregnant. Stop using and tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant. Entresto can cause injury or death to the unborn baby if you take the medicine during your second or third trimester.

If you have diabetes, do not use Entresto together with any medication that contains aliskiren (Tekturna, Tekamlo).

Before taking this medicine
You should not use Entresto if you are allergic to sacubitril or valsartan (Diovan), or if you have ever had a severe allergic reaction to a blood pressure medication such as:

an ACE inhibitor - benazepril, captopril, enalapril, fosinopril, lisinopril, moexipril, perindopril, quinapril, ramipril, trandolapril (Lotensin, Vasotec, Prinivil, Accupril, Mavik, and others); or

an ARB - azilsartan, candesartan, eprosartan, irbesartan, losartan, olmesartan, telmisartan, valsartan (Atacand, Avapro, Benicar, Diovan, Edarbi, Micardis, Teveten, and others).

You should not take Entresto within 36 hours before or after you have taken any ACE inhibitor medication.

If you have diabetes, do not use Entresto together with any medication that contains aliskiren such as Tekturna or Tekamlo.

You may also need to avoid taking Entresto with aliskiren if you have kidney disease.

To make sure Entresto is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have ever had:

liver disease;

diabetes;

hereditary angioedema;

if you are on a low-salt-diet; or

if you are dehydrated.

Do not use Entresto if you are pregnant. Stop using and tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant. Entresto can cause injury or death to the unborn baby if you take the medicine during your second or third trimester. Use effective birth control.

What is Wegovy?
Wegovy (semaglutide) injection is a prescription medicine used for weight loss in obese adults and teenagers, or overweight adults with other weight-related medical issues. Wegovy works by regulating appetite and reducing calorie intake, leading to weight loss and helping with weight management.

Wegovy belongs to the class of drugs called GLP-1 receptor agonists. GLP-1 receptor agonists are a manufactured version of GLP-1, a naturally occurring hormone in the body that acts in several areas in the brain to regulate food intake. When Wegovy is administered, it activates the GLP-1 receptors in the brain. This lowers appetite, reducing the calories consumed, leading to weight loss.

Invokana is also used to lower the risk of death from heart attack, stroke, or heart failure in adults with type 2 diabetes who also have heart disease.
Invokana is also used to reduce the risk of end-stage kidney disease and hospitalization or death from heart problems in adults who also have kidney problems caused by type 2 diabetes.

Invokana is not for treating type 1 diabetes.

What is lisinopril?
Lisinopril is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure in adults and children 6 years of age and older.

Lisinopril is also used in adults to treat congestive heart failure and to improve survival after a heart attack.

Lisinopril belongs to a class of medications called angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. It works by decreasing certain chemicals that tighten the blood vessels, so blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently.
High blood pressure is a common condition and when not treated, can cause damage to the brain, heart, blood vessels, kidneys, and other parts of the body. Damage to these organs may cause heart disease, a heart attack, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, loss of vision, and other problems. In addition to taking medication, making lifestyle changes will also help to control your blood pressure. These changes include eating a diet that is low in fat and salt, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising at least 30 minutes most days, not smoking, and using alcohol in moderation.
