SSHP at UH College of Pharmacy

SSHP at UH College of Pharmacy We offer unique opportunities to UHCOP students to learn about health-system pharmacy and prepare for post-graduate residency training!

UH Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists is the student chapter of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP), the Texas Society of Health System Pharmacists (TSHP), and the Gulf Coast Society of Health System Pharmacists (GCSHP). Our local chapter is nationally recognized by ASHP due to all our wonderful events and members! Our organization represents areas outside the traditional (retail) pharmacy environment. These areas include but are not limited to: clinical pharmacy, inpatient and outpatient clinics, hospital pharmacy administration, home infusion, academia, managed care, long-term care facilities, health maintenance organizations, etc.
