As the month comes to a close of Mental Health Awareness Month, it is very important for everyone to be aware of any mental health struggles you or anyone around may be challenged with. To those who have mental health issues, it is ok to have your struggles but make sure you don't stay in the struggle. Please get the help needed to work through your mental health issues.

Late post.. had a great time supporting an awesome cause at the Annual Gala of the Black Heritage Committee for the Houston Livestock and Rodeo.
