Mila’s smile journey hit a huge milestone today! Those stubborn canines definitely made us wait… but they finally decided to show up and SPRING into place 🦷🌟 Now we can safely press pause until she’s ready for Phase 2!

We absolutely adore this family 💕 We’ve had the honor of treating her brothers, her mom, and her cousin — and we’ve known Mila since she was just a tiny baby rolling into the office in a stroller behind her brothers 🥹🍼

This smile transformation took teamwork, growth, and a whole lot of dedication! 💪🦷

Using an expander + Herbst appliance combo, we widened the upper jaw, guided the lower jaw forward, and created the space needed for all those permanent teeth to come in exactly where they belong 🙌

And now… look at that bite 😍👏 Beautiful orthopedic correction and an amazing foundation for Phase 2!

Best part? She gets a SUMMER BREAK before braces begin ☀️🍉😎
