What is love? In the midst of chocolates, candies, balloons, and I love you cards, please don't forget to listen to "NO's". It is okay to say, "No", "I don't want it", "I don't want to", "Not today", and be respected for it. Being aware of self and being at peace for saying "No" is self respect, and giving that person that space is respecting that person. You respect that person. That is love.

Happy Holidays to all from here at El Camino Counseling! It has been quite a year of change and yet of another step of growth and maturity celebrating 20th year of existence. Learning to be grateful for the experiences that helped us to grow, and hoping for a New Year of beautiful celebrations and amazing life experiences ahead!! Thank you all!

Our office will be closed today, Tuesday 12/24/24 - Friday 12/27/24. Also Tuesday, 12/31/24 - Wednesday 1/1/25. If life threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency centers.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of us here at El Camino Counseling!! We are celebrating 20th year in 2024! A very special year celebrating the growth, reflecting on the good times, sad times, lovely times, painful times, regretful times, and ugly times. And to all those who we have served over the years. Thank you all for your help! We would not have become who we are without you today. Stay healthy, happy, and strong!!

We will be closed today the 28th and tomorrow the 29th allowing our staff to cherish their time together with family as they well deserve this time.
