This combination procedure included a breast augmentation mastopexy (BAM), Lipo 360, and fat grafting to the hip dips — all designed to create balance for this beautiful patient!

These results are 3.5 months post-op! Over the next few months, we can expect continued softening and settling for her implants. The implants will continue to “drop and fluff,” meaning they’ll relax into a more natural position and feel, and swelling from liposuction will keep resolving.

By the six-month mark, everything will look even smoother and more refined — and she’ll really start to see the final shape come together! ⭐ She’s already looking incredible!

I get asked all the time, “Dr. Courtney, can we do more than one thing at once?” and the answer is a resounding yes!

This lovely patient is the perfect example of how we can maximize your time in the OR. She initially came in for an implant exchange, but after we looked at her other wants and needs, we realized we could address her face and neck at the same time to give her a result that felt cohesive from head to toe.

While she was already comfortable on the table, we were able to stack:

→ Submental lipo with FaceTite, Quantum RF, and a mini neck lift for that perfectly snatched jawline.

→ A Halo laser treatment by one of our amazing laser technicians .htx to hit the reset button on her skin’s texture.

→ She also had a lipoma on her thigh that had been bothering her, so we took care of that, too!
