I’m doing some catching up on my reading while I am out of the office and Manfred is on the mend.

So, I learned about Bee Bricks from the UK. But, I also found out that you have to be very careful with solitary bee & solitary pollinator housing.

My parents kept bees when I was growing up, so I know the general maintenance on honeybee hives. But, singles are new to me.

❤️ Truly, this is one of the *best* guitar & flamenco relaxation stations I have ever built. I’ve been a fan of Ottmar Liebert, since I first heard him in 1997.

In this case, I simply took his name, dropped into the building platform and started the station. I usually use a specific song to start my “build”, because it is rare to get a good personal station going, without trying to be very specific.

However, this whole station has just turned into this exceptional playlist, and I haven’t had to give anything a thumbs up or down to tweak it further.

I highly recommend it. 😌

It’s always good to meet a new surgeon, even if the circumstances are less than stellar.

If you like music like this👇, for bodywork (like I do!❤️), let me know and if I get some free time, I’ll try to work on creating a CD with this feel, in the coming year.

It’s been *ages* since I’ve had time to think about building some new instrumental CD’s for the practice… but I do always listen for instrumental inspiration. 🙂

And, I have the CD player in my office for a reason.

I really can work to *most any* music. So, if you have a favorite that helps you relax… you are always welcome to bring it in. Instrumental or not. Genres like blues, rock, country, americana, spa, reggae, cumbia, tropical, etc. —- I’m happy to accomodate you, and it gives me some extra variety. 😎

My only rule in regard to musical options: “No Rap”.

To get you thinking even more outside the box for non-instrumental music, I’ve got some people who relax to Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Sue Foley, AC/DC, Johnny Cash, The Eagles, Julie London and Toni Price, just to name a few.
