You know… I always *hope* that people will share my particular style of work with others, so that I will have the opportunity to continue to do this work I love, until I am too old (or too decrepit) to do it anymore. —- And, I try to do that same kind of sharing for people who have made my world a better place. Because, in the end, I know that the people I typically like, are the kind people who want to keep honing their craft as long as they can, too.

Blues musician, Sue Foley, has a new book out. Her first. And, maybe not her last.

She doesn’t know this, except for an exceptionally brief comment I may have made in the past (but I’m not sure I actually ever put it out there)… her gift to me, was making music that touched a particular place in my soul, at a fairly formative time in my life.

I want to support her by passing this book info on to those of you who enjoy reading (and, I have a lot of readers who see me!).

I’ve never taken ballet, but I like to watch it, in order to see the biomechanics and watch how the body organizes itself, when it is held in a manner that works.

This is a nice short video, and this gentleman is an excellent instructor. 👍

Sue Foley’s book is *done*. Her PhD in Musicology from York University, is complete too.

A huge congratulations is to be offered up, on this amazing work, which took very many years to accomplish. 🙂
