Our Story
Sri Yantra offers holistic yoga classes for beginners and experienced yoga students in a peaceful & calming atmosphere. Enjoy our small classes with certified teachers and our wonderful community of friendly students. We come from a lineage of highly respected yogis & meditation teachers, and we’re committed to offering an authentic and holistic yogic experience. We enjoy practicing yoga from the heart.
A little info about our classes:
Open Level classes are open to students of all levels, beginners and those who have been doing yoga a while. Classes offer instruction on poses and proper alignment, breathing techniques, balance, flowing sequences and relaxation.
Slow Flow & Mindful Flow classes incorporate more movement, and are geared toward those with some prior yoga experience.
Gentle Yoga meets Tuesdays at 5:30pm & Thursdays at 6pm. Both classes are refreshing & relaxing, moving at a gentle pace.
We also offer monthly drum circles, Kirtan, Restorative Yoga, First Wednesdays Meditation at 7:30pm first Wed of the month, and various workshops. Our studio & classes aim to be nurturing to body, mind and spirit. Our teachers are highly trained & certified, and we are a family owned business. Our teachers continue to learn and work with master teachers who have passed their knowledge down through the generations.
