The lotus is resilient, strong and beautiful. It’s a symbol of hope. The Lotus flower symbolises the expansion of the soul and spiritual awakening.

We had a really good run. I’m sad to say that we are letting go of our physical space. It’s been a very special space, filled with very special people. I began taking yoga here 18 years ago, and took over the business about 7 1/2 years ago. I’ve met amazing teachers and wonderful friends along the way. It is my hope that we made a positive contribution to our community. And my hope that all who spent time here will continue to feel the benefits and share them in the world. Some of our teachers will teach in the area. Please visit our website and our YouTube page for online classes. It’s been a tough year for small businesses thoughout the USA.
