We exist to nurture a community that feels like home. We exist to exemplify authenticity and what it means to be seen. Whether it is through sweat & movement, or conversations & relationships cultivated in our studio, our heart is set on creating an experience that allows you to feel better upon walking out our door. Our mission is to marry movement, strength, stillness and breath to enhance one’s overall well-being. EVOLVED, an effective approach to pilates that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control. BE REFORMER: EVOLVED combines traditional Pilates exercises with the innovative resistance of the reformer machine, offering a full-body workout that targets core muscles, improves posture, and enhances overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our experienced teachers will guide you through personalized sessions tailored to your fitness goals, helping you achieve a balanced, toned physique and a revitalized sense of energy and confidence. This class is specifically designed for REFORMER students that have taken 30 + REFORMER classes in the last 6 months. The class will be designed with dynamic movement on the reformer with opportunities to advance movements and requires the muscle memory of a practiced student.

MEDITATION doesn’t have to look like the first shot, seated, quiet and mind quiet. It can be sitting in nature, taking a brisk walk - One of my favorite ways to start, end or take a mental health moment during the day is to go….
for a walk or sit outside. No music, no phone and just look around, at trees, hear the birds and listen to the sounds around me to get out of my head and focused on the present moment. Even 5 minutes can make a BIG difference!

One of our newest teachers on the schedule—and one you need to try.

Born and raised in Honduras, Daniela is a cognitive behavioral therapist who believes in healing through the powerful connection of mind + movement. Her classes are empowering, intentional, and designed to help you feel strong, successful, and aware—so you move smarter and safer while still getting that burn.

Expect thoughtful cues, injury-aware movement, and a teacher who genuinely loves connecting with her students (she’s always down to chat before or after class 💬).
