Laissez les bons temps rouler! We had an unforgettable Mardi Gras celebration at The Village of Meyerland, and the joy was contagious! From colorful masks and beads to laughter filling the room, our residents truly embraced the spirit of New Orleans.

Our amazing culinary team prepared a delicious spread, and saxophonist Free Rad brought the perfect New Orleans vibe with his incredible performance.

What a joyful day of food, music, and community!

Michael Edelshtain and Candice Hardie proudly represented The Village of Meyerland at the Yom Limmud event, connecting with others and sharing the many benefits of senior living, along with our Dementia Live program and Dementia Doll Therapy.

It was a meaningful experience spreading awareness, building understanding, and showcasing how our community supports those living with dementia through compassion, engagement, and innovative approaches to care. 💜

Today was truly heartwarming! Recently, students from St. John’s School visited our community to interview several of our residents, capturing their life stories, wisdom, and cherished memories.

This afternoon, we gathered for a special viewing party to watch those interviews together. There was laughter, and so much joy as we learned even more about our wonderful neighbors and the incredible journeys that have shaped their lives.
