This is actually good news, because your life does not need to become a perfectly color-coded productivity montage to make progress (unless that's your thing!).

The people who feel strong, grounded, confident, and healthy usually aren’t doing one huge thing right. They’re just returning to the basics over and over again.

A workout after a long day.
