I'm losing .2lbs per day eating this steady healthy meal plan. I'm currently 14lbs down since January.

Want to HEAR IT.. .HERE IT GO...

breakfast between 0530 -1000... 3 Oikios Non-fat yogurts. 270kcal.

Lunch--- 2pm-330pm ... roasted unseasoned chicken breast, a good serving of roasted potatoes. low sodium low fat meal, one large glass of green juice, 1 3/4 shot of Apple cider Vinegar, approximately 400 to 500Kcal

Dinner- 10pm to 11pm.... 1/2 to 1lb of 97% lean turkey, 1 diced up whole onion, (HEB low sodium blackened season, Adams jerk chicken seasoning, coarse ground pepper, over a good serving of roasted potatoes with the same seasoning, a good serving of pico pico de gallo, Bolthouse 50 calorie dressing, on top of the cooked ground turkey, 3 handfuls of raw organic spinach, 1 large glass of green juice, 1 3/4 shot of Apple cider vinegar. Approximately 500 to 600Kcal

Note: The lunch meal will keep you full for at least 7hrs.
Note: The dinner meal will keep you full for at least 10hrs
Note: The (ACV) is playing a factor with both meals.
Note: 5 Brazil nut kernels with lunch for the Selenium. Selenium stimulates the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland is the "Head Coach" for all the cells in your body. The thyroid gland put the cells in the game and take them out the game.

I've been open through the whole Covid time. I know some of you are ready to come back.

Nothing has changed, still 30 minute stationary bike ride first. Then followed by a 30 minutes weight training. Still 8 sessions, Lats, Chest, Legs, Biceps, Tricep / shoulder, Lower Back core, Hips, Ab's....
