The first thing everyone looks up or asks when trying to tackle this Gastroparesis thing is.....
Diet.
And yea, that makes sense, but it's not quite the right piece.
It's also not the first thing I tackle with clients.
What is the missing piece?
Nerve Toning.
You can read a bit more about nerve toning on the blog.
But it doesn't really matter what you eat, if your brain and gut aren't connecting to send each other messages.
We have to work on that first, and we do that by a technique I like to call nerve toning.
We are going to stimulate the Vagus nerve to get it all moving.
So, here's an easy one for you to try right now!
Humming!
Yup, that simple.
Try humming for 3 minutes before a meal or while you are making the meal.
It's not going to be some magical cure-all, but it will start waking that nerve up!
This is the most important piece.
