Feeling tired during workouts isn’t always about motivation or effort.
A lot of the time, it’s about fuel.

If lifts feel heavier than they should or recovery feels slow, your body might be missing the basics.
Enough carbs to train with energy.
Enough protein to recover.
Water, sleep, and consistency.

Performance isn’t built only on the gym floor.
It’s supported by what you eat, how you hydrate, and how you rest.

Train hard, yes.
But fuel smart so your work actually pays off.

Reverse lunges that looked smooth in the moment…
And were definitely felt for a few days after 🍑😅

That soreness isn’t random.
Lunges build strong legs and glutes, improve balance, and expose side-to-side weaknesses you don’t find in squats or deadlifts.
They teach your body how to produce force and control it, one leg at a time.

Real life isn’t symmetrical.
Neither is fitness.

We don’t program lunges to make you sore.
We program them to make you stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for real-world movement.

Our Story

We are a gym that operates under the rules Crossfit Headquarters. We focus our fitness program to be constantly varied, observe functional movements and to be high intensity. With that being said, above all we focus on safety, proper technique and fun. Your mobility, endurance, conditioning, strength and overall confidence WILL improve at Crossfit Be Someone. We are also focused on Olympic Weightlifting and Yoga so we do not only focus on Crossfit.

Crossfit Be Someone was established on March of 2017. We are looking forward to the future of our gym. With the enthusiasm, commitment and attitude that our current members possess, we can only achieve great things as a community.
