In the senior living industry most are taught to focus on margins first.
That often leads to rushed placements, limited recommendations, and decisions driven by convenience instead of care.
At When Seasons Change, I chose a different path.
Doing this work the right way takes time—listening deeply, asking the hard questions, and advocating for families even when it’s not the easiest option. And yes, that approach doesn’t always produce the highest margins and is not the norm.
I’m okay with that!
Because families aren’t transactions.
They’re navigating one of the most emotional transitions of their lives.
