Don’t mind me, just doing what I love ❤️… Yoga is such a powerful practice. Sometimes developing sequences and getting into certain poses takes time, but I feel so accomplished at the end of each practice. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Challenge yourself with these arm balances:

1. Crow Pose (Bakasana) 🦅

Start with knees on arms, engage your core, and lift off the ground.
2. Side Crow Pose (Parsva Bakasana) 🌟

Place one arm under your knee, shift weight, and lift.
3. Firefly Pose (Tittibhasana) 🔥

From a forward fold, place hands under thighs and lift legs.
Tips for Beginners:

Build strength with Plank and Dolphin Pose.
Use props for support.
Practice regularly!
