We made it through Hurricane Beryl okay! We went less than 24 hours on generator power, and our WiFi was restored yesterday which means we have phone service back!

A huge thank you to all our department heads who pulled together as a team, some even spent the night before the storm to get ahead of it, and some put in early mornings and long hours!

But most importantly - all our residents are okay!!

Shoutout to these two empowering women who work so hard to made Eagle Crest a positive environment for not only or Residents, but also our staff. Our Executive Director, Debbie Peck (left) has been in Skilled Nursing for 7 years! Our Director of Nursing, Sanikqa Maire (right) has been in Nursing for over 20 years! With their combined experience of nearly 30 years, they have mastered the level of service and care that it takes to make a resident feel right at home!

Sanikqa Maire is our Director of Nursing here at Eagle Crest! She started out as a CNA over 20 years and has been a nurse for almost 20 years! Sanikqa says “I’ve always loved taking care of people and always try to show that through my everyday actions. One of my favorite things to do is to spend time with family and friends.”
