👩‍⚕️✨ Meet Dr. Ruby Philip! ✨👩‍⚕️

We’re thrilled to introduce you to one of the outstanding doctors on the Texas Eye Center (TEC) team! Dr. Ruby Philip is a proud Houston native, currently living in the southwest area. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston in 2014, and has been working alongside Dr. Tsegai for over 10 years. Dr. Philip has been a valued part of the TEC family for more than 4 years!

Dr. Philip specializes in contact lenses, pediatric optometry, and the treatment and management of conditions like chronic dry eyes, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy. Whether you need a comprehensive eye exam or specialized care, she’s here to help!

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on Houston’s sports teams, catching live music, and traveling. She’s also an active member of her church, giving back to her community.

When it’s time for your next eye exam, Dr. Philip is here to help you see the world more clearly! 👀💙
