OCD and anxiety disorders can consume your life. Do you ever feel that your mind is mentally ping-ponging all day long? No matter how much reassurance, motivation, logic, and advice you obtain it still feels like your brain always finds a way to stay fearful and anxious? Do you ever feel that no matter how hard, or how much you try to avoid triggers, you try you still feel extremely anxious, hopeless, and panicked? I can help you figure out why that is so that you can get back to living the life YOU want. Together, we can conquer your OCD and anxiety disorder by rewiring your brain with empirically supported treatments, such as ERP, ACT, and I-CBT.

Living with OCD and anxiety disorders can feel very lonely. You've probably made several attempts to get others to understand. Every client I serve experiences immense guilt and shame because even when others help, it often doesn't feel enough. At this difficult moment, I want to partner with you and help you navigate this confusion and pain.

I am an ERP, ACT, and I-CBT trained therapist who provides custom and compassionate therapy rooted in the newest research by offering in-person treatment in Houston and online therapy for all Texans. I treat OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, panic disorder, phobias, health anxiety, and social anxiety. With my experience as a high school teacher, I treat teenagers as well as adults.
