Dear ANNA Gulf Coast #204 Members,

We were pleased to have an excellent turnout for our educational meeting held on February 19, 2026. This event was an important opportunity to provide our dialysis patients with current information and practical guidance to support their ongoing care.
Our guest speaker, Dr. Ankur Rughani, delivered an in-depth presentation titled “X-Linked Hypophosphatemia Unveiled: A Guide to Diagnosis and Management.” His talk offered a clear overview of the condition, including clinical features, diagnostic considerations, and current treatment approaches. The presentation was highly informative and generated meaningful discussion, helping our patients and attendees better understand how this condition can be identified and managed.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our vendor, Kyowa Kirin, for their partnership in making this educational program possible. We are also deeply grateful to our sponsors, Nikki Renfro and Stan West, for their generous support and ongoing commitment to patient education.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated. We hope you found the program valuable, informative, and supportive of the care you provide or receive. We look forward to welcoming you at future educational events.

Dear ANNA Gulf Coast #204 Members,

Our annual officers’ meeting is an important opportunity for reflection, learning, and renewal within our chapter. At this meeting, outgoing officers share the knowledge, successes, and challenges they have encountered over the past year, helping us build on their work and continue to grow as a chapter. We also formally pass the torch to our newly elected ANNA officers, recognizing their commitment, offering our support, and celebrating the leadership that will guide the ANNA Gulf Coast Chapter in the coming year.

This tradition allows us to honor the contributions of those who have served, while empowering our new officers to step confidently into their roles on behalf of our members and the nephrology patients we serve. Thank you to our 2025 ANNA Officers: Aelyn Abardo, Michael Cruz and Jae Frazier.
