Thank you to the nurses, therapists and counselors at West Oaks for the guidance and being there for me in one of the toughest times of my life. The most important necessity your body needs is sleep!!! You can’t over work yourself, I don’t want to fight insomnia again. I’m still fighting anxiety and trying to release stress in other ways than medicine. Like going on a jog/walk vs. panicking. I appreciate my life more and more. Depression is real but there are always brighter days ahead. My mom would want me to keep striving and moving forward just like I want for my daughter. Since Dec 2019-Jan 2020, I have been teaching myself a lot about self respect and that removing yourself from toxic relationships or from people who don’t have your best interest. Life is a journey, it’s your story~leave a legacy. Take care to all!
"I Love You Unconditionally..." A Personal Love Letter From Your Best Friend "Friend! It’s been so long since we’ve talked last. How I miss you, and affectionately hearing the sweet sound of your voice. “Remember when you were a child, when you had such great faith in Me? It was so simple back then: you believed, and we playfully shared great times together. …What happened? “I have never once left your side. I cheerfully remember all those times when you achieved many great things, along with those few select times when you failed… I never for a brief second stopped deeply loving you through it all. In fact, the very reason I made the universe was just to be your friend, to join you in everything you do, having you to intimately know Me, as I know you… Through trials, I see we’ve drifted over the years as other’s many misconceptions began influencing your faith. “Please, forgive legalist preachers who claim you can earn My love and communion by somehow acting good enough. Falsely saying I’m angry at sinners, they miss the way entirely by teaching it is about following rules and regulations. Ironically, by working for My approval they show they don’t know Me, My message or why I came… Despite this, I am devoted to all, so I do still love them. “The truth is, it’s not about do’s and don’ts, it’s about Me giving to you, just because I am a good Dad! I lovingly adore you, and all people, for who you are. And, I gladly accept you as part of My family just the way you are, not expecting anyone to perform just to be considered My child. When I humbly walked the Earth 2,000 years ago, I continually gave to people everywhere – healing the sick, feeding the hungry, defending the defenseless, reaching the unreachable, blessing the needy with miracles… And, yes, I was tortured, painfully crucified (dying innocently for you), three days before I rose from the grave triumphantly, rock solidly proving My saving faith to the historically verified witness of multitudes. I did this all to say directly from deep within My heart… “I love you.” “You are forgiven already! Your sins might not be ‘big ones,’ but I was killed for everyone’s regardless. It is written in 1 John 2:2 and Romans 5:18, I died for all sins… Pardoning everyone unconditionally, pouring out My grace on all imperfect people... I’m literally faint! Melting like butter…! Head over heels, in love with you! You’re holy, beautiful, and radiant in My sight! …Now, you just receive this grace. Agree to take the free forgiveness I am offering, like shaking My hand. Knowing you’re redeemed is when we begin our friendship - paradise bound. So, will you please take My hand? “To get to know Me by learning to hear the tone of My voice, look in the Bible where I answer all questions on the spirit realm, healing, heaven, and more. Dig right in, first opening to John’s Gospel… The revelatory key to unlock mysteries? Grace. We’re an unstoppable family team. The best of hidden secrets? My talented Holy Spirit’s extraordinary gifts, carefully concealed therein. “Beloved, I long to spend quality time with you. Let us pray aloud, right now! My heart pounds anticipating it. To respond is My honor - I’m here, serving with you. Visualize how now we’re one new, united creation: full of a bright shining glory, glowing head-to-toe. And, pay attention… Listen closely. That still, calm voice you hear, whispering softly deep within your soul? …It is Me! Commune, by leisurely resting, and walking a mile together with Me, wearing My fitted pair of worn sandals. “Please, treasure this precious love letter as a centerpiece, mounting it safely where we will be reminded daily of the great, valuable worth of our love and friendship. Taste and see when you feel it that I truly am a good Father... To return thanks, simply share this blessing with someone special who also loves Me. In heaven, we’ll watch great movie memories of such cheerful gestures… This tender time with you made My day; like welcoming a big warm bear hug in friendly arms, I absolutely swooned as your heart softened. Thank you. Rest assured, you are My kid forever... And, I am so proud of you.” Love Dad… Jesus Christ, & your Best Friend, Holy Spirit (Please… You can call Me, “Jeez”) Key referenced scriptures, paraphrased: Understanding who God is - John 10:30, “Father, God, and I are one in the same.” Proverbs 19:12, “The one true longing of all humankind, is unconditional love.” 1 John 4:18, “God is love.” Proverbs 18:24, “Christ is your best friend. He always sticks closer to you than a brother.” Jeremiah 29:13, “Seek the truth with your whole heart... Then, you’ll find Me.” Ephesians 4:6, "God is your Father. He uses all people, and lives in all of us." Psalm 16:11, "Heaven features unending satisfaction - unlimited blissful pleasures." Habakkuk 2:2, "Have a prayer? Write it in specific detail! Show exactly how your will matches God’s." 1 Peter 5:7, “Surrender your worries to God. He does care about you.” 2 Timothy 2:15, “Study God’s Word to show yourself approved - able to teach it yourself.” 1 Corinthians 13:8, “Love never fails.” …How God has already forgiven everyone’s sins – Luke 23:34, [While being crucified] “Forgive them Father, for they do not know what they do.” John 1:29, “Jesus is the Lamb of God who has taken away all the sins of the world.” 1 Corinthians 15:3, “The most important point of doctrine is this: Christ died to take away all sins.” 1 John 2:2, “He died in our place, taking away our sins. Not only our sins but all people’s.” John 19:30, “Jesus groaned loudly, and cried out, “It is finished!” Then He bowed His head, and He died.” Romans 3:24, “God considers all people righteous – He is only for us, never against.” Romans 8:33, “Why accuse, cursing God’s children? He defends and acquits us, declaring us innocent.” Isaiah 54:9, “I promise you that I will never be angry at, rebuke, or ever punish you.” Revelation 12:10, “Satan only accuses people of sins, offering conditional approval through earning forgiveness - a certain impossibility.” 2 Corinthians 5:19, “Jesus never judges sins. That’s His plain and simple message to us all.” John 8:7-11, "Whoever is without sin may cast a stone at this prostitute… I do not condemn her." …How to know you’ve received salvation - Romans 10:9-10, "You will be saved if you honestly believe, "Jesus is Sovereign," proving so, by telling others He is Lord, God." 1 Corinthians 12:3, “No one can confirm, ‘Jesus is Lord’ on their own – it happens when you say so with God’s Holy Spirit.” John 3:16-17, “God loves the world so much that He gave His only Perfect Son. By believing in Jesus, you receive eternal life. Jesus wasn’t sent judging people. He saves, advocating mankind. His crucifixion is fully sufficient, atoning all sins.” John 5:24, “None who believe in Me can be judged.” John 1:12, “All who believe in Jesus become God’s kids.” Matthew 4:19, “Follow Me! We’ll go fishing for people.” John 20:21-23, "Smiling brightly, Jesus deeply exhaled, ‘Receive My Holy Spirit! Forgive, showing your sins are forgiven. My peace be with you.’" Ask Me for wisdom, and I’ll lead you to the right church home, to experience My eternal love. I will greatly reward you on the day when you sit with Me and watch, The Passion Of The Christ. How and why answers take time… Know, this love note wasn’t “accidental.” Please, believe in Me. I am the Way, the Truth (setting you free), and the Life calling: your best life purpose, is in ministry. Final Exam: 1) Did you love Me, then? 2) Do you love Me, now? 3) Will you always love Me…?

Outside of work, Augusta is actively involved in her community and focuses her time on supporting projects that empower women. Her children have followed her example and passion for helping others by pursuing careers in healthcare as well. We thank Augusta for her professionalism and dedication to providing outstanding patient care!

Parents may not always know when to seek help for changes in their children's behavior, but screening tools can be the first step. Check out Mental Health America's Parent Screening Tool to see if it gives you insight you may share with your child's healthcare team: bit.ly/MHAParentScreeningTool.

Libby is our Accounts Payable Coordinator and has been with West Oaks for 5 years. "What hope means to me is trying to find the sparkle in life. I feel like there is always good with the bad. I just try to help everyone see the good!"
When asked what makes up her community, Libby says, "The elderly. I let them know they are not forgotten, by stopping to visit or make them baked goods." We applaud our team members for continuing to inspire a sense of hope and community!
