High-functioning anxiety describes individuals who experience anxiety yet are still able to manage daily life. Despite the inner turmoil they may feel, they often maintain successful careers, social lives and family relationships. Because they appear outwardly “fine,” high-functioning anxiety can be less noticeable to others.
If you or someone you know is struggling with high-functioning anxiety, we’re here to help. Schedule a no-cost assessment online at http://spklr.io/6189BHrHU

Did you know there's a therapy approach that uses superhero play to support children's mental health?
