ATTENTION EVERYONE IN HOUSTON. On February 8th we will be hosting a posing seminar at 11am-1 pm . We will go through all the details the judges will be looking at in ur performance. LOCATION, huge facility with plenty of room for a full posing seminar.

TEAM ARMOUR 1.5 YEARS. Transformation July 1st 2023 to December 14th 2024. Consistency beats genetics any day. This is a growth of 18-20 pounds. All her body needed was consistent nutrition and muscle fiber tear to really grow!
