Texas Conservative Liberty Forum

Texas Conservative Liberty Forum Texas-based grassroots policy center and forum for freedom and equality under the law for all. Bylaws - Article 2 Section A

Our purpose is "to represent citizens of Texas who believe in the conservative values of limited government and personal responsibility, and in the freedom of conscience and full equality under constitutional law for all citizens, regardless of religious or other beliefs, walks of life, or demographic category, and that rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights take precedence over all other rights or benefits that may be conferred by any government. This representation is to be pursued by the establishment of a policy center and a forum, both operating from a stated perspective of conservative, laissez-faire classical liberalism, addressing federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and policies affecting all constitutional and other legal rights enumerated under the constitutions of the United States of America and of the State of Texas, and other established laws."

Our elected leaders have a duty to respond to the questions of their citizens. This is not about being for or against anyone. It's about the right of the citizens to know how we're going to address and respond to complex issues that affect us all in different ways.

our dedicated and nervy members of the TCLF San Antonio chapter are taking on San Antonio city hall in request for an injunction to stop taxpayer money from being spent without transparency, accountability, and a public vote. The headline is misleading, because TCLF San Antonio is NOT fighting to preserve the crosswalks. TCLF San Antonio is opposing the expenditure of $170K of taxpayer funds on a rainbow sidewalk. It has nothing to with preserving the crosswalk (that's Pride San Antonio's aim). Both local organizations, completely different in ideologies and purpose, agree that the taxpayer money should not be spent on the rainbow sidewalk plan without it going to a proper and transparent public vote. Pride SA, which paid for and maintained the crosswalk, hopes to stop the plan to remove it with these taxpayer funds. TCLF SA just wants to stop the use of taxpayer funds for the rainbow sidewalk - regardless of what happens to the crosswalk.

A conservative group and the organizer of the local Pride parade have joined forces to prevent the city from removing rainbow crosswalks and installing rainbow sidewalks in the heart of the Pride Cultural Heritage District. 👇 Full story at the link in the comments.

Dear Members, Friends, and Allies of the Texas Conservative Liberty Forum:

On behalf of the state board and all the local chapter officers as well myself, we send you warm season’s greetings on this New Year’s Eve, mindful and grateful of the help and support from each and every one of you; some small, some big, some once, some often – and every contribution important and meaningful.

Our young organization has made significant strides this year, even as it has also struggled to keep up with the aspirations of its members. Our biggest achievements this year were the passage of SB 1257 with the leadership and guidance of our TCLF Dallas member Dottie Singhal, and others who assisted her, and the founding of the TCLF San Antonio chapter, our 4th chapter, with Joe Garza heading that effort, again with the support and help of others.

We are behind in some of our commitments, highlighting our persistent need for more volunteers. But we are moving forward, and expect to land a bigger footprint this year at the Texas GOP state convention.

In the meantime, remember, as James R. Peinado , chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Texas and TCLF state board director of the El Paso-West & Panhandle Texas district, recently pointed out: elected officials and politicians are not our friends. Our friends are our friends, and our families our families. To the politicians, let’s be respectful, thankful for their good service, but never cease to hold them to account. As for our true friends and family members - those that visit us and call us and help us when in need - let’s count as blessings those we have, be kind and forgiving with them, and defer to them when we can.

Happy New Year 2026!

Marco Antonio Roberts, chairman

Texas Conservative Liberty Forum is a grassroots, Texas-based organization dedicated to a classical liberal defense of freedom of expression, of speech, of religion, and of property rights AGAINST the encroachment of those rights by the state in the name of Gender Ideology and so-called "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion". We DO welcome conservative lovers of liberty of all faiths and walks of life. Christian, Jewish, or something else, black or white, and all walks of life.

Adeb Ayoub, the National Executive Director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), made the following false claims, per the New York Post story here. He said, "the birthplace of Christianity is Palestine," and asked if ADC is denying Jesus was Jewish, Mr. Ayoub said the subject was “up for interpretation.”

These are patently false statements, and while the ADC as the right to say whatever it wants, the American right of free speech also includes the right to call out falsehoods.

Jesus was born in the land called Judea at the time of his birth, and no demographic group present at the time was called "Palestinian." It is a well-established fact that the first official designation of the area as "Palestine" was made by the Romans nearly two centuries later, as a punishment to the Jews for their rebellion. And to say that it's open to interpretation whether Jesus was Jewish is to deny all historical and Scriptural "interpretation."

A controversial billboard in Times Square declaring “Jesus is Palestinian” sparked backlash from holiday crowds.
