Wow been a busy year for those who do not know, I am a semi retired RN who runs a small family farm of sheep and chickens in Alaska. Summer is crazy busy, especially after coming out of record snow 132". If I were not on the Mediterranean lifestyle I would not have the energy at 71 to lift hay bales and 50 # sacks of feed. Get some protein shakes so you can take care of yourself during your busy summer!
