Just returned from our annual Foundation for Physician Advancement "Building a Successful Practice" Course for Orthopedic Surgery Residents, Fellows and Young Surgeons. Had a great time teaching with such an amazing group of faculty who appreciate the value of passing along these critical concepts that are rarely taught through our normal training.

It was an honor to operate at the Woman’s Hospital of Texas this week and perform their first pediatric scoliosis fusion procedure with my colleague and friend, Dr. Terrance Anderson, Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon

Thanks to CEO Jeanna Bamburg and COO Hannah Gelbs-Gadd for working with us to start this new service line at the hospital.

It’s an honor to be part of this child's journey and work with Women's Hospital as they expand their comprehensive care and provide exceptional treatment tailored to meet the needs of young patients.

I was honored to be faculty for the 2024 Foundation for Physician Advancement Building a Successful Practice Course. The course teaches a variety of practice management and business of medicine topics to over 60 young orthopedic surgeons from all over the country.

It was an honor to again be part of the faculty for the 2023 Spine IEP Fellows and Young Surgeons' Course. We had 50 young surgeons and 8 faculty from across the country learn together for 3 days through a mix of lectures, panels and small groups. Great to be part of this educational meeting for the 13th year and reconnect with many friends.
