In addition to trainings, we encourage people to stay informed about local emergency services and resources available in their area. It is crucial to have an emergency plan in place, including evacuation routes and communication strategies, to make everyone's safe during a hurricane.

We also urge the community to assemble an emergency kit containing essential items such as food, water, medications, flashlights, and batteries. Being prepared can significantly reduce stress and improve safety outcomes when faced with natural disasters.

By taking these proactive measures and participating in educational opportunities, communities can be prepared to face the challenges of hurricane season to safeguard their homes and families.
