Sometimes you need comfort food. Only started eating okra as adult and grew it. Yes I ate gumbo. When my harvest was bountiful and I have shared with umpteen people and still have plenty; I decided to learn how to cook okra, sausage, corn and tomatoes. This is a full vegan meal. Rice cooking now.
