I had an amazing experience at Shambhala Mountain Center - Running With the Mind of Meditation. Many years ago, I read the book "Sacred Path of a Warrior". It lead me to the book "Running with the Mind of Meditation" which lead me to the Running with the Mind of Meditation Retreat. I can't say enough great things about SMC, the program, the instructors and the people I met. Initially, I was not very excited because of our visitor (Harvey) and was not sure I wanted to go. There were these little nudges. Every time there was a "NO" the Universe would come back and say "YES". One of my best experiences. ❤️ Of course there will be video lol

How we wake up in the morning will impact our day. We can integrate OBSERVING NATURE into our morning routine. This will support us in being more mindful, self-compassionate, connected and resilient through out the day.

Instead of grabbing your phone/technology upon wakening. Go outside and take in the morning sky, take in a tree, a lake, the ocean. Allow you eyes and body to take it all in before starting you day. :)
