My water baby is 17!!! The baby that opened my eyes to the beauty of having a doula . Super emotional today 😭! This young man is so humble, funny, strong, determined, kind and has taught me so much about life.

I remember every moment and am so thankful to be his mom! He surpasses every stereotype, every glass ceiling and is so loved.

The best is yet to come for this young man!💪🏽

19!!! My baby is 19!!

Happy birthday to my sweet girl! Words can't express how proud of you I am! Making the honor society and wrapping up your freshman year at Sam Houston, while working and late nights in labs is no easy feat. Being an amazing big sister and tutoring your brother, my prayer warrior and attending service even online, a great friend, the best babysitter hands down and such a wonderful support system to everyone. You're so hardworking and never complain.

This is a full circle year for us because I was blessed with the news of having you when I was 19! There was no doubt that being your mom was the best decision and it has helped me grow so much. Wow, God is just so good.

The world is your oyster and there is nothing you can't do! The best is yet to come!! I love you Boop!!!!😘😘😘😘

Never forget that momma has your back! I love you!!!

Yesterday was phenomenal! I am blessed to be surrounded by loving family and friends! I am filled to the brim, and overflowing with gratitude from the calls, messages and well wishes. This is my last year in my 30s and God's will continue to grow, connect with amazing people and spread love! I am excited for what's to come. I love you all!💞

Now! This all vegan food display is from a 10 course tasting menu at the James Beard award winning restaurant here in Houston. My sister .carnell knows I'm a foodie!!! Lol when I tell y'all it was amazing. I highly recommend you guys treat yourselves! We were so full and each plate is a journey of flavors.

Happy Saturday!

I want to give a very special congratulations to this wonderful couple and their sweet baby boy! This little cutie is one of my postpartum babies and last night was our last evening together.🥹 It's bittersweet when it comes to the end but seeing this little cuddle grow over the last 2 months has been so great and I'm so proud of this momma and her journey.

Thank you and hubby for trusting me to support you and being so kind!

After supporting my postpartum clients overnight, I just finished supporting a 12 hour delivery. This is the work I go hard for and I'm graced to do it! Every birth especially in a hospital is breaking through a stereotype and opening the eyes for awareness for doulas.
