Coping Resource Center is proud to be a sponsor of the upcoming Students Stopping Stigma Responder Symposium at the beginning of next month. Dr. Ross will present “The Achievement–Sleep Paradox: How to Get Good Rest When You Feel Like You're Too Busy to Sleep” at 10:15 a.m. and “Invisible Goodbyes: Understanding Grief and Ambiguous Loss” at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7. On Friday, August 8th she’ll present “Beyond Bedtime: Supporting Your Teen’s Sleep in a 24/7 World” at 9 am.

This is a three-day training for both teens and parents, taking place August 6–8, 2025, at The Council on Recovery in Houston, Texas. Participants will attend presentations on topics such as anxiety, grief, OCD, healthy relationships with food, cultural responses, self-harm, sleep, and more.
