You guys!

After the recent Embodiment Done Different class, I had this dream where I was talking everyone through this exercise to disentangle their bodies from "MEST" reality.

MEST reality refers to the reality of matter, energy, space and time. It's part of a conversation that has been going on in Access, most especially since the end of the year, with the (Free!) Convergence Calls that Gary and Dain did.

Anyways, it's an incredibly interesting, liberating shift in the conversation that we've been having on this energetic journey we're on with Access.

Omg. I LOVE talking to bugs!
This is also a big topic!

The trick is to ask the bugs what they are being without being upset at them!

Does that sound too simple? It's not always. We've learned so many irritable responses to bugs we often aren't willing to listen to them at all.

More of Monica's Micromanaging the Monarchs

Ok, ok... apparently these guys aren't monarchs. But it sounded good so I'm going with it.

Here's the story:
I brought this giant milkweed in to keep it from freezing.
There were several caterpillars on this beautifully accommodating host plant.
(They've almost eaten it all up!)
(See the BIG "cat" hanging out on that yellow leaf.)

I noticed one had decided to start it's whole journey into it's chrysalis on a leaf that will likely fall down.

So I have removed that leaf from the plant, taken it to the greenhouse and taped it in a secure spot.

Thought it was funny, so I share it with you.

If you need me, I'll be micromanaging the insects!

Here is the grove that invited me to come have a seat for a while.

These sounds swirled through my body and washed away everything but this thrum of relaxation and gratitude.
