The road to recovery can take many different paths and Santa Maria is here to pave the way for women and children. From recovery from addiction to recovering from homelessness, incarceration, abuse and other trauma, Santa Maria has the experience and compassion to offer a hand up and change lives.

Education is a powerful part of .

Residents in our substance use treatment and recovery housing programs have access to a full-time GED program on the property. Educators like Sister Kelly, who brings 15 + years of experience, build time into participant's schedules to study and prepare for their GED.

When women earn their GED, they see just how capable they are of unlocking new possibilities on their recovery journey.

What a day of transformation and impact! 🦋

Our 10th Annual RISE Luncheon was a beautiful celebration of women rising, families healing, and a community coming together to sow seeds of hope. Because of generous supporters, we raised over $330,000. A 45 % increase from last year!

From honoring our incredible partners to sharing powerful stories of recovery, the room was filled with purpose. Thank you to our wonderful sponsors, supporters, and friends who made this harvest possible!

April showers bring may flowers and our kiddos are on the hunt to find them 🌻

The little ones enjoyed a beautiful day of outdoor exploration, discovering flowers and signs of the new season all around them. Lessons like this nurtures curiosity and connection to the world around them - in all of its beauty.

Their team lead mock interviews and shared interview best practices to help increase confidence and sharpen professional skills of those in care. Career readiness is a vital step toward long-term stability and independence.

A quiet moment + a good book = a time to rest.

Women in care attend group sessions, one-on-one counseling, and peer support. In-between, participants have time to reflect and reconnect. One of the powerful ways that's done is through reading.

Health is more than physical wellbeing, it's mental and emotional wellbeing. We know what barriers our participants in care face when it comes to health care access.

With our I-Care Clinic, in partnership with Baylor College of Medicine, clients have access to care that supports the whole person. From routine check-ups to ongoing treatment services, those in care can focus on what matters most: their recovery journey.

A little joy, a little laughter, and a BIG surprise. 🥚🐰

We celebrate moments like this: where children can simply be kids. This wouldn't be possible without the support of , Cindy's Discovery Toy Box, and volunteers that have been serving with us for years. All of our kiddos (and adults) were filled with excitement during an Easter egg hunt and crafts.
